Homeschooler information
CookUp is excited to be an approved vendor for Yosemite Valley Charter and Monarch River Academy, and we are happy to serve homeschooling families in the Central Valley area. We aim to provide students starting from TK and above with an opportunity to participate in engaging, fun, and delicious learning.
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our classes, please ensure they have an enrichment certificate before scheduling a class. You can request a certificate through the school for the number of classes you would like your child to take. Please request a certificate at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure it will be approved in time to register for the class. Once we receive the certificate, we will email you a code that can be used to schedule the class(es). Please contact us directly to schedule the desired class(es) if you have not heard from us within 24 hours of receiving the certificate. Please note that the certificate does not automatically schedule your child for the class. You can find our current class calendar here.
To schedule a class with your certificate, go to www.cookupclasses.com/classes and choose your desired class. Enter the code you received from us in the coupon code section, then you will be automatically directed to PayPal to pay the food fee. For help scheduling a class, you can contact us by texting (559) 471-0222, email us at info@cookupclasses.com, or message us on Facebook or Instagram @cookupclasses.
If you are a homeschool charter student and want to join a CookUp class, please follow these three simple steps:
1. Request a certificate of funds from your homeschool program.
2. Once we receive your certificate, we will email you a coupon code to register for the class.
3. Use the coupon code to register for your desired class on cookupclasses.com/classes.
“Cooking is all about people. Food is maybe the only universal thing that really has the power to bring everyone together. No matter what culture, everywhere around the world, people get together to eat.”
